Albanian boss on the list of most corrupt in the world
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has been declared by the organization "Project Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting" as person of the year for corruption.
According to the organization based in Sarajevo and Bucharest, Mr. Aliyev was elected as man of the year due to reports that say that in 2012, his family received large shares in businesses such as telecoms, mining and construction, often through governmental agreements.
In second place, the organization ranked Albanian drug boss, Naser Kelmendi, which together with the boys, are seen by the authorities as major traffickers of cigarettes and drugs, in a mafia group spread across Europe.
